Example of Content

Single Leg Static Squat Sequence - 3 Positions (L&R)

Position 1 (High position) - Thigh at 120º to Shin - Hold for 10 seconds.
Position 2 (Medium position) - Thigh at 90º to Shin - Hold for 10 seconds.
Position 3 (Low position) - Thigh parallel to floor - Hold for 10 seconds.
Free Leg held ahead of body.
Head Up, Chest Up, Straight Back, Butt Out.
Check both the time and quality of the held position.

Note: Give plenty of recovery between each position attempt. Fatigue can distort the result if there is not sufficient recovery
between the High, Medium and Low positions.

Seated Gluteus (L&R)

Sitting with Thighs horizontal (check chair / box height).
Sit upright – Back straight.
Bent Leg lies across upper Knee.
Thigh must be horizontal for maximum score. Check Shin angle for score.

 

Measuring the Shin Angle

 

Hold gauge horizontal by checking the spirit level bubble

Hold end of swing arm at ankle

Move swing arm parallel to shin and read score
