IFAC Conference Glasgow

Superb Conference for Athletics Coaches. It was an honour to be a presenter and to be able to meet coaches from all layers of this great community of Track and Field. Many European countries were represented and the topics covered were extensive. Little was left to just a 'theory'. Each presenter worked deeply into daily delivery methods and content - just what the coach needs. Great to catch up with some old friends and to meet new ones. Dates are set for next year and I recommend that you give consideration to attending. Already fielding emails from delegates and this adds a quality to my professional life as it proves that this sport has many coaches who are committed to 'change'.
