Sad News
The news of the passing away of my mentor and friend Wilf Paish on January 29th has saddened me immensely. 

Dubai; Al Ain FC at Christmas
Dubai; Al Ain FC at Christmas Had a wonderful period in the Emirates during the Christmas period. Meeting with the President of the UAE FA, Mohamed Khalfan Al-Romaithi and Technical Director, Obied Mubarak, gave me another insight into the commitment this part of the world has to excellence.

I had the opportunity of working with Gary Phillips and Bill Knowles at the recent FA In-Service course for strength and conditioning coaches and again it was a delight to be with these two exemplary practitioners.
